Before I tell you where I am today, let me bring you along for a quick ride on the carousel of my career journey. Hop on!
At the age of 18, I embarked on travelling the world and my curious mind led me to a collection of colourful work experiences: from being an actress in Estonia to being an au pair in France, a car lamp assembler in England, the manager of an organic store and catering business in Scotland and later Norway, a Key Account Manager for a British logistics startup and an Export Sales Manager for Estonian housing manufacturers and street furniture companies. However, in the recent years I have been heavily involved in training and coaching people at the Swedish fintech company Klarna.
After working with executives, entrepreneurs, and people from all walks of life for years, I noticed a powerful pattern: smart, successful people often feel stuck behind the roles they play.
My coaching practice was born out of my own personal development journey and my deep desire and passion to offer people a space where they can reconnect with their values, challenge old narratives, and claim a life of freedom and depth.

In my work, I use a rich baggage of experience that I have gained from years of living and working in Scotland, England, Norway, France, South Africa and Estonia. With over 10 years of experience in sales, project management and communications, I today conduct workshops, training programs and coaching for both individuals and companies.
Today, I am the owner of two companies, an international speaker, facilitator and a certified coach with the Brave Thinking Institute. My coaching style is intuitive yet grounded, emotionally spacious yet action-oriented.
I coach ambitious people who are ready to shift from "high-functioning but unfulfilled" to deeply aligned and alive.
